My name is Rebekah One and I am glad you are here. “One” comes from my Japanese roots and while it is spelled like the number 1, it’s pronounced “Oh-Nay.” I enjoy spending time outside, eating good food, dancing, and a warm cup of coffee in the mornings.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT#107803) with a background in cognitive behavioral and trauma-informed therapy. I started my journey in becoming a therapist by obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from Azusa Pacific University and a Master’s Degree from California State University, Long Beach. I have been in the mental health field for many years and have had extensive experience working with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds that are experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational issues. I am trained in several evidenced-based practices and utilize components of cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and trauma-informed approaches in my practice.
I am passionate about the therapeutic process and am committed to creating an environment to help you accomplish your goals. I look forward to talking and learning more about you!
