Telehealth Disclaimer
At the moment, all services are being provided virtually with HIPPA-compliant video-conferencing through Simple Practice. If you live in the Long Beach area, we could discuss possible opportunities for face-to-face sessions in the future.
Services & Rates
Individual Therapy
One-to-one sessions focused on you and areas you would like to improve. Individual sessions are currently offered to individuals ages 18+ and teens. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and occur on a weekly basis.
Couples Therapy
Bring your partner! Whether you and your loved one are in a tough place or want to build up some relationship maintenance skills, this is an opportunity to create connection within the relationship. Sessions can be from 60-75 minutes in length and can occur weekly or bi-weekly.
Mental Health Workshops/Empowerment Groups

Insurance Information
I do not accept insurance at this time, however I am able to provide a Superbill (an itemized invoice of services) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If considering a Superbill, please check with your insurance company to see whether they accept this form for the reimbursement of mental health services.
